Business Development Manager
Having worked in Sales for 30+ years, Jack has a proven track record when it comes to delivering success. Jack started letting his own properties back in 1998, and quickly expanded by looking after his close friends and family properties.
Jack made the decision in 2010, to open his own agency – A1 Lettings Bolton. After briefly joining the Franchise ‘Concentric Lettings’, Jack and Andrew got together to form a new look A1 Lettings Bolton in early 2017.
Jacks demeanour and enthusiasm for the job makes him stand out from the crowd, and his weekly Facebook videos have built somewhat of a cult following in recent years.
Always the life and soul of any networking event or property auction, Jacks passion for properties is undeniable. By building strong relationships with both Landlords and Tenants alike, Jack provides a service that goes above and beyond any other Lettings Agent.
Jack is strongly involved within the local community. Working with many charities, including the homeless. Jack also has a background in law and has a massive love for Martial Arts, Snooker, Tennis and Cricket.
Andrew Fane
Property & Finance Manager
With over 20 years in Customer Services, 10 years within Property Management working within the North West, Andrew works tirelessly with both Landlords and Tenants to ensure our properties are maintained and rent paid up to date. Andrew deals with all maintenance issues, including inspections of properties and all aspects of finance.
Having started up in 2010, Andrew and Jack teamed up together in early 2017 as Partners at A1 Lettings Bolton, which has seen the company grow from strength to strength.
Bolton born and bred, former Canon Slade pupil Andrew has strong knowledge of the local area, currently living Little Lever with his Wife, Leanne and 2 children, Charlotte and Cameron. Any spare time is spent with family and friends or watching Bolton Wanderers (for his sins!)
Andrew is the first port of call for existing Landlords and Tenants.
Mohammad Ali Khan
Property Consultant
Mohammed has been a part of A1 Lettings Bolton since he was just 15 years old. Starting off in between school, and later college, as an office junior.
Mohammed has recently taken on a more responsible role, working closely along side Andrew on the Property Management side of the business, in which he has excelled.
Mohammed is working hard to take over the HMO section of the company and is forming strong relationships with some of our HMO Landlords.
Still a young man, Mohammed is proving himself a valuable member of the management team, growing in knowledge and confidence every day. He will grow alongside the company over the next few years.
Kamran Hussain
IT Manager
Kamran is the back office of the company, working to ensure all systems are implemented to ensure the smooth running of the business and updating programmes to keep up to date with the moving environment.
